What websites have best MP3 software as shareware?

I wish to compress music and store it on a flash drive and also burn compressed music to disk.

1. Check out http://www.download.com. There Audio & Video sections is one of the best I have encountered. You can also do a search for exactly what type of "MP3 software" you are looking for(i.e. - "MP3 ENCODER, MP3 FILE TAG" "MP3 RIPPER" ect..)
2. Too much work. Just use Limewire to download mp3's and use iTunes to burn them.
