Where can I get speech to print software for free?

I am a writer by profession. However, due to some neurological problems, my hands have begun to shake uncontrollably. This makes typing very difficult,(so far I have been typing for 28 minutes to get just this done.) Does anyone know where I can get free, or shareware, software that I can dictate to and the program brings what I have said up in a word processing program? I'm desperate, but broke. lol. Thanks so much.

1. join a peer to peer network like shareza or morpheus, and try to find " naturally Speaking" It really ain't legal I don['t think, but it'll be free. I'm sure they don'[t make voice recognition programs in free ware or shareware. Buying it at retail, the program"s about a hundred bucks
2. Its not legal though but u can try in kaaza.com or good2share,putfile....kinda... even there r some groups who share stuff like this but its not legal and get virus thru those.
