Is there a free software that I can use to change and modulate my voice?

I'm trying to make a cartoon but I don't have money to hire actors and actresses and I will just post it in youtube just for fun. I'm planning to dub it my self. Was there a free software that I can use to change my voice so I can dub both male and female characters?

1. No free software AFAIK exist for it, Try AV Voice Changer. Download trial 2 see if it works for u. And if u have no problem with piracy den use the link in source
