What is a good freeware/software that does video to text transcription?

I am trying to transcribe a video we did for some research. Wanting to know if there is good software that can transcribe it into text for me?

2. I am not aware of any software that will automatically transcribe it to text for you. There is software that allows you to control the video playback with a footpedal so it can be manually transcribed, however.
